INTRARE
WE NAVIGATE DIGITAL CHANGE.

Where analysis
meets solutions.

Core areas

We cover the full range from requirements analysis to delivery — always with the legislative and project context in mind.

We bring business requirements, IT and the legislative framework together into a single coherent perspective.

We help organisations design, validate and deliver digital solutions that are sustainable, implementable and aligned with regulatory requirements from day one.

A team with experience in the digital era

Intrare s.r.o. is a Slovak consulting and analytical firm that integrates three core domains — business analysis, IT architecture and the legislative framework — into a single coherent approach. We help organisations design and deliver digital solutions that are sustainable, implementable and aligned with regulatory requirements from day one.

Our services cover the entire solution lifecycle — from formulating the project vision and strategic objectives, through the analytical phase and target architecture design, to proof-of-concept validation and subsequent implementation.

We build on the principles of enterprise architecture and change management, supported by proven methodologies and standards (TOGAF, ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum). Our emphasis is on connecting business objectives with IT solutions and translating the target architecture into an implementation plan, including the management of risks, dependencies and capacity.

We draw on hands-on experience from the public administration environment, where we have a detailed understanding of the specifics of ministerial information systems, legislative requirements — including eIDAS, cybersecurity and personal data protection — and the mechanisms for financing through European sources.
